Oh mán oh mán you guys… hálf wáy through this Whole30!! WOOOO. ás much ás I’ve been compláining on Instágrám (Yeáh, I cán ádmit thát. I’ve totálly been á tiny bit of á Bitter Betty, Negátive Náncy, if you will) I háve been feeling much better mentálly these pást few dáys. ánd it’s not like I wásn’t áwáre thát my áttitude the first couple weeks–the second week especiálly–wás áll wrong. I knew thát it wás. I cán’t tell you how mány times I thought to myself “Well I got myself into this mess, ánd I cán surely get myself out…”
INGREDIENTS
- 1 smáll sweet potáto, pre-báked
- 1 serving protein powder*
- 1 smáll bánáná, sliced
- 1/4 cup ráspberries
- 1/4 cup blueberries
OPTIONáL TOPPINGS
- cácáo nibs
- chiá seeds
- hemp heárts
- fávorite nut/seed butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Flesh out sweet potáto if not done álreády. In á smáll bowl, másh sweet potáto with fork. Stir in protein powder until combined.
