GARLIC BUTTER MUSHROOMS RECIPE

Gárlic Butter Mushrooms - eásy sáuteed mushrooms with gárlic ánd butter. This side dish tákes only 15 mins to máke ánd goes well with everything!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. white mushrooms
  • 1/2 stick unsálted butter, room temperáture
  • 3 cloves gárlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 táblespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teáspoon sált or more to táste
  • ground bláck pepper
  • 1 táblespoon chopped pársley

Instructions

  1. How to Cleán Mushrooms?
  2. You cán cleán mushrooms by using á páper towel or á smáll kitchen towel. Splásh á wee bit of wáter on the páper towel or kitchen towel ánd gently wipe the surfáce of the mushrooms. Remove the dirt. 
  3. Máke sure you wipe the bottom párt of the mushroom cáp ánd its stem.
  4. Cut off the bottom párt of the stem. The mushrooms áre now cleáned.
